Westside Refillery is a vegan-centered refill market and small-batch manufacturing company based in Aloha, Oregon.

Founder Elizabeth Cole Woodruff formulates and produces approximately 90% of the store's cleaning, laundry, haircare, and the bath & body products in-house. By manufacturing locally, Westside Refillery can focus on ingredient transparency, reduced packaging waste, and products are designed specifically for the needs of its community.

Alongside refillable household and personal care products, Westside Refillery offers organic bulk foods including coffee beans, loose-leaf teas, herbs, spices, botanicals, grains, legumes, baking ingredients, and other pantry staples. In mid-August 2026, the store plans to expand into bulk frozen vegetables and vegan meat alternatives.

Westside Refillery's mission is to make low-waste, plant-based living accessible, affordable, and practical for everyone's households.

Founder Bio

Elizabeth Cole-Woodruff, Co-Founder & Queen Soaper

A native Oregonian, Elizabeth is a product formulator, maker, and sustainability advocate based in Aloha, Oregon. From 201through 2025, she operated First Door on the Right, a business specializing in handcrafted vegan bath & body, and household products. Through farmers markets, holiday bazaars, community events, and retail partnerships throughout the Portland metro area, she built a loyal customer following focused on quality, sustainability, and ethical ingredients.

Known for creating some of her customers' favorite household essentials, including her popular Dishwasher Tabs, Elizabeth spent years refining formulas that delivered effective results while reducing environmental impact.

In 2025, she launched Westside Refillery as the next evolution of that vision. Today, she personally formulates and manufactures approximately 90% of the cleaning, laundry, haircare, and bath & body products offered by the business. By combining local manufacturing with a vegan-centered refill market, they are creating a destination where customers can reduce waste, shop consciously, and access sustainable essentials in a welcoming community space.

Elizabeth's mission is simple: to make low-waste, plant-based living more practical, affordable, and accessible.
